Position Purpose
Providing technical expertise and assistance to clients or internal users regarding the operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of software applications.
Roles and Responsibilities
- The candidate will assists senior team members with support the maintenance and update of an existing pharmacy application.
- Support new enhancement go-live transition
- Support monitoring of compliance to security measures
- Solve routine problems that occur within applications
- Liaising with vendor and users on issues log and status
- Analyze application usage reports
- Monitor application performance, application logs
- Propose recommendations to improve application performance
- Document the application’s technical architecture, issue resolutions and procedure
- Provide 24/7 primary application maintenance support
Requirements / Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Industrial and System Engineer/Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant hands-on experience in system operation support either in Java or .net or related technologies.
- Candidates should have strong analytical and able to work independently.
- Proactive self-starter with ananalytical and creative mind.
- Result and customer oriented withmulti-tasking capabilities.
- ITIL v3/v4 certification andstrong service-oriented experience / background
- Knowledge and understanding ofIT industry environment and business needs

his/her ideas and gets along with others easily.
